Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Custom Golf Cart Repair website, including its service information, appointment requests, contact forms, resources and other website features.

Last Updated: July 18, 2026

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Use constitute an agreement between you and Custom Golf Cart Repair concerning your access to and use of this website and any related pages, forms, scheduling tools, content, features or services connected to the website, collectively referred to as the “Site.”

By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, you should discontinue use of the Site.

We may revise these Terms of Use periodically. Changes will become effective when the revised terms are posted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Website Purpose

The Site provides general information about mobile golf cart repair, diagnostics, maintenance, battery service, brake repair, electrical service, gas golf cart service, fleet maintenance and related services offered by Custom Golf Cart Repair.

Website content is provided for informational and scheduling purposes. Use of the Site, submission of a form or communication with us does not automatically create a repair agreement, service contract, warranty, appointment or obligation to perform work.

A service appointment is not confirmed until Custom Golf Cart Repair accepts the request and communicates confirmation directly to the customer.

3. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal authority to request service on behalf of the golf cart owner, property owner, business, organization or fleet operator involved.

By using the Site, you agree that:

  • You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms of Use.
  • Information you submit will be accurate, current and complete.
  • You will not submit a service request for a golf cart or property without proper authorization.
  • You will use the Site only for lawful and legitimate purposes.
  • You will not interfere with the operation, security or availability of the Site.

4. Service Requests and Appointments

The Site may allow you to submit service requests, appointment requests, repair information, golf cart details, photographs, contact information or other communications.

Submitting a request does not guarantee appointment availability, response time, service-area coverage, parts availability, repair completion or acceptance of a particular job.

Appointment dates and arrival windows may be affected by traffic, weather, prior service calls, travel distance, parts availability, technician availability, access restrictions or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We reserve the right to decline, reschedule, discontinue or refer a service request when we determine that the requested work is outside our service area, capabilities, safety standards or business policies.

5. Estimates, Pricing and Payment

Pricing, service descriptions and cost information displayed on the Site are general information only unless expressly identified as a confirmed written estimate.

Actual repair costs may depend on inspection results, diagnostic time, golf cart condition, previous repairs, unauthorized modifications, corrosion, wiring damage, parts availability, travel requirements and additional problems discovered during service.

Estimates may be revised when additional damage, parts, labor or safety concerns are discovered. No website statement guarantees a final price unless confirmed in writing by Custom Golf Cart Repair.

Customers are responsible for approved charges, service-call fees, diagnostic fees, labor, parts, travel charges and other agreed expenses. Payment terms will be communicated before or during the service process.

6. Golf Cart Information and Diagnostics

Website information concerning golf cart problems, batteries, controllers, chargers, wiring, brakes, steering, suspension, engines, fuel systems or other components is general educational information.

Remote troubleshooting and website content cannot replace an in-person inspection. Symptoms that appear similar may have different causes, and a complete diagnosis may require testing, disassembly or further evaluation.

We do not guarantee that a diagnosis can be made from photographs, descriptions, telephone conversations, text messages or online forms alone.

7. Safety and Customer Responsibilities

Golf carts, batteries, chargers, electrical systems and fuel systems may present risks of electric shock, fire, chemical exposure, burns, unexpected movement, property damage or personal injury.

Customers should not attempt repairs, testing, towing, charging, modification or disassembly unless they have the proper training, equipment and safety knowledge.

Before a scheduled service visit, the customer is responsible for:

  • Providing safe and lawful access to the golf cart and service area.
  • Disclosing known damage, modifications, prior repairs and safety concerns.
  • Keeping children, pets and unauthorized individuals away from the service area.
  • Obtaining permission from any property owner, HOA, resort, apartment complex, business or facility when required.
  • Removing personal property and valuables from the golf cart when appropriate.

8. No Emergency Service

The Site is not intended for emergency communication. Website forms, voicemail, email and text messages may not be reviewed immediately.

If a golf cart, battery, charger or electrical component is smoking, burning, leaking, overheating or creating an immediate danger, move away from the equipment when it is safe to do so and contact emergency services or the appropriate property authority.

9. Calls, Text Messages and Electronic Communications

By providing your telephone number, email address or other contact information, you authorize Custom Golf Cart Repair and its service providers to contact you regarding your inquiry, service request, appointment, estimate, technician arrival, repair status, payment or customer-service matter.

Communications may be made by telephone, email or text message. Message and data rates may apply.

You may request that nonessential text messages stop by replying STOP or contacting us directly. Service-related communications may still be necessary while an appointment or repair is active.

10. Information Submitted Through the Site

You represent that you have the right to provide any information, photographs, files, reviews, messages or other materials submitted through the Site.

You authorize us to use, store, process and share submitted information as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, evaluate service needs, schedule an appointment, provide repairs, maintain business records, prevent fraud and operate our business.

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Reviews, Photographs and Testimonials

If you voluntarily submit a review, testimonial, photograph or other material intended for publication, you grant Custom Golf Cart Repair a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, display and publish that material in connection with our website, business, advertising and promotional activities.

You agree not to submit content that is false, misleading, defamatory, unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, obscene or owned by another person without permission.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, edit or remove submitted materials, subject to applicable law.

12. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and its content, including its text, service descriptions, photographs, graphics, logos, designs, layout, code, branding and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Custom Golf Cart Repair.

Site content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

  • Upload or transmit malware, harmful code or destructive materials.
  • Attempt to bypass security, access controls or technical protections.
  • Copy or use Site content to create or operate a competing service, directory, database or commercial offering.
  • Harass, threaten, defame or abuse our employees, contractors, customers, vendors or representatives.
  • Use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

14. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Site may include links, maps, scheduling tools, payment platforms, analytics services, social media features, embedded content or other tools operated by third parties.

The Site may occasionally contain typographical errors, outdated information, incomplete descriptions, incorrect links or technical problems. We reserve the right to correct or remove information at any time.

We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available, secure, uninterrupted or free from errors.

16. Disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Custom Golf Cart Repair disclaims all express and implied warranties concerning the Site, including warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that website content, troubleshooting information, service descriptions, estimated pricing, appointment availability or third-party information will be accurate, complete, current or suitable for your particular circumstances.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Custom Golf Cart Repair and its owners, employees, contractors, agents, service providers and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising from your access to or use of the Site.

This limitation applies to losses involving website interruptions, inaccurate information, third-party services, unauthorized access, malware, data loss, lost profits, lost business opportunities or reliance on general website information.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations or exclusions. Where applicable law prohibits a limitation stated in these Terms, the limitation will apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

18. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Custom Golf Cart Repair and its owners, employees, contractors, agents and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses arising from:

  • Your misuse of the Site.
  • Your violation of these Terms of Use.

Before filing a legal action concerning the Site or these Terms, you agree to contact Custom Golf Cart Repair and make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, any legal action arising from the Site or these Terms must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Clark County, Nevada.

20. Termination and Site Management

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend or deny access to the Site when we reasonably believe a person has violated these Terms, submitted fraudulent requests, interfered with Site operation, threatened our personnel or used the Site unlawfully.

We may remove submissions, block access, investigate suspicious activity and take other reasonable steps to protect our Site, business, customers and legal rights.

21. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms of Use is determined to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed or limited to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies posted on the Site, constitute the entire agreement concerning use of the Site.

Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.
